Our Mobilator for flat bed & rotary dies handling is an ideal solution for optimizing operators’ safety and efficiency when setting up the flat bed or rotary die cutter. Specifically, they make it possible for one operator to change flat bed or rotary dies single-handedly without any heavy lifting. In addition, they aid in compliance with today’s health and safety regulations as almost all formats of flat bed or rotary dies exceed the maximum weight that a single operator is allowed to carry. The Mobilator consists of modified jib cranes that are adapted to fit the flat bed or rotary die cutter and the factory’s layout.
Product description
The counterweight crane has a range of up to 6,5 or 8 meters and can rotate 360 ° around itself. It can lift a maximum of 100 kg and is a maximum of 4,3 meters high. A custom-made counterweight crane by bcm can fulfill the customer's wishes.
