It is all about people. By this we mean that we are all important and all people should be met and treated with respect and an open mindset. bcm cannot comply with companies not respecting standard human and legal rights. Profit alone must not be our and our partners main driver. Decency and respect must always have a higher value in what we do and how we do things. bcm transtech support “FN’s Sustainable Development Goals” within the field of CSR and human rights.

Safety ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

During the entire history of bcm transtech, we have never had any severe injuries or nearby accidents. And we intend to keep it that way. Certifications, paperwork, work-plans and SHE-policies does not ensure safety, but people do.

We believe in people, the right people, and people who care and take pride in their work. People with the right training, proper education, experience and the right tools and equipment perform their job well and safe. This is what we believe in and what we strive to aim for every day and in every project.
