Product description

Item number ( Rotary dies): 5036707

Item number ( Flatbed dies):

Back-stop safety bars for rotary die storages

If the rack is placed in an building without wall on the backside of the rack, bcm have to put safety bars on the back-side of the storage of safety reasons. For rotary die storages this is done with an up-right, which is positioned on the back-side of every column. In this way it is impossible for any die to be pushed down and the risk of a falling die is eliminated. With this, our customers can easily and safely place their bcm storage anywhere in their factories, even if work and traffic is performed on the back-side of the racks. The uprights are positioned to accommodate the longest possible die in the rack/Column.

If the racking is up against a wall and there is no human traffic meant to happen in the space between our rack and this wall, bcm will not put such safety-bars up on this rack. However, if the customer want us to install safety measures any way, we can of course make such solutions.

Back-stop safety bars for flatbed die storages

If the rack is placed in an building without wall on the backside of the rack, bcm have to put safety bars on the back-side of the storage of safety reasons. For flatbed die storages this is done with a horizontal tupe behind each level of cassettes/flatbed dies. In this way it is impossible for any die or cassette to be pushed down and the risk of a falling die is eliminated. With this, our customers can easily and safely place their bcm storage anywhere in their factories, even if work and traffic is performed on the back-side of the racks. The safety bars are positioned to accommodate the longest possible die in the rack.
